Frizzy Hair – A Problem Every Girl is facing
So Let’s talk about Frizzy hair. It is such a common problem every girl around us is facing except for those who can afford those costly hair treatments. But Will these costly Hair Treatments is a good or permanent solution?
Well a big NO for that. These treatments can be good for some time let’s say for few years. But they can’t be good for lifetime. They may turn your hair to their worse.
So If not this, then how can we solve such a difficult problem?
This is a question that came into my mind every time when I feel irritated about my hair problems. But before looking out for any solution we have to look for the cause of the problem Right?? So let’s think about some reasons why we face this problem
Why we have Frizzy Hair?
Well the basic reason could be the improper diet which is most common for every youngster living in a foodie country like India. What we eat is reflected by our body. Our skin, our hair, our teeth and all the internal organs as well, they all get all the energy from the food we eat. So we should consider healthy eating as one of the important factor for our body, hair and skin to look good.
The next cause can be pollution obviously. In India,
especially, we got through a lot every day. So at the end of the day, it is reflected
to our skin and hair.
Next thing which could be the reason is the over usage of the Styling Tools.
But there are so many girls which do not use them much but still suffer from
that frizzy hair. So this could be the reason for some of the girls but not for
everyone obviously. So it simply means a modern and cute hairstyle for a single
day costs us a lot for our future.
So we got to know some basic reasons for the frizzy hair. But the main thing is to know about the solutions for that. So let’s move on to the solutions.
How to cure Frizzy Hair?
You can go with the costly Hair SPA treatments as it could be the easiest way. And you need to get that done time to time to maintain that shine and beauty of your hair. But What if you can’t afford that every time?
So there should be also some home-made remedies for
that. Yes there are many remedies but let’s consider the most helpful one.
Solutions
1. Banana
Hair Mask
Well this is my favourite one. Mashed banana on your hair might sound a little crazy, but you will be surprised what a difference a banana hair mask can make!
So what makes bananas so great?
Aside from coming in their own handy wrapper, bananas have long been a tasty source of nutrition. Bananas are an excellent source of potassium. While it’s true that potassium can be found in a variety of fruits, vegetables, and even meats, it only takes one banana to provide you with 23% of the potassium that you need on a daily basis. Bananas are high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, potassium, dietary fiber, and magnesium, but free of sodium and cholesterol. At the same time, they are almost fat free, and relatively low in calories—depending on its size, a banana has only about 90 to 110 calories. They contain high-grade protein and three of the essential amino acids. Bananas contain 41% of the daily requirement for vitamin B6.
2. Egg Hair Mask
People may be ready to try expensive shampoos, hair masks, conditioners, hair serums and even exclusive hair treatments in their ambition to attain healthy-looking hair. Nonetheless, all efforts and money spent on making it a reality may go down the drain. But then again are you aware that strong and shiny hair may be merely an egg pop away? Eggs can be a natural alternative to prevent hair loss and enhance hair growth.
Eggs have an abundance of proteins which serve as nutrition for hair boosting its growth. It also promotes the healthy new growth of hair. Use of protein-enriched eggs helps in making the hair follicle stronger. It stimulates the scalp, strengthening the hair roots. Stronger hair is less expected to break and fall. Egg yolks are high in lutein which hydrates the hair thereby improving its elasticity. It also helps in developing resistance to breakage which may translate into fewer split ends.
Egg white contains the highest level of protein along with other minerals like riboflavin, niacin, potassium, magnesium, sodium. All these nutrients assist in boosting hair growth. Benefits of egg white on hair may include regulation of excess oil production while maintaining hair’s natural oils as well. Similarly, benefits of egg yolk for hair are also plentiful. The egg yolk in addition to protein comprises of folic acid and B-complex vitamins which makes it an ideal food for hair. The fatty constituents of the egg yolk are an excellent conditioner for the hair.
3. Rice Water Hair Mask
Regular use of rice
water has many benefits for hair – it helps to remove dandruff, strengthen the
strands, stimulate their growth, give vitality, and significantly improve their
appearance.
The composition of rice water is rich in vitamins, especially B and
C. It also contains trace elements – potassium, iodine, magnesium, zinc,
selenium, manganese and a lot of fibres. This is a real treasure trove of
nutrients that nourish the follicles and repair damaged cells. Due to the fact that
rice water has antioxidant properties, it helps to get rid of toxins that could
accumulate in the scalp, thereby preventing premature alopecia and grey hair.
